近幾年互聯網高速發展,隨著5G時代的到來,智能汽車的發展也越發的迅速。汽車電子對晶振的要求比消費類的科技數碼產品高的多,特別是耐高溫這一塊,汽車電子中的晶振最好能在高溫和低溫狀態下正常工作。
日本愛普生晶振FA-238是一款小體積晶振尺寸3.2x2.5mm石英晶體諧振器,無源晶振,四腳貼片晶振,頻率范圍12MHz至60MHz,可在在-40℃至+85℃(+105℃)溫度內穩定工作,小體積輕薄型3225mm體積貼片晶振滿足汽車在高溫和低溫條件下都能正常工作,該產品耐高溫晶振本身具有耐熱、耐振、耐沖擊等優良的耐環境特性,滿足無鉛焊接的高溫回流溫度曲線要求,符合AEC-Q200標準,特別適用于汽車電子設備應用。
