愛(ài)普生晶振推出汽車電子專用晶振SG2016CAA,是一款具有CMOS輸出的簡(jiǎn)單封裝石英晶體振蕩器(SPXO),小體積晶振尺寸2.0x1.6mm有源晶振,四腳貼片晶振,電源電壓:1.6V至3.63V,頻率范圍:8MHz至54MHz,寬工作溫度范圍從-40℃到+105℃(+125℃),具有超小型,輕薄型,低電源電壓,低抖動(dòng),耐高溫,耐熱、耐振、耐沖擊等優(yōu)良的耐環(huán)境特性,滿足無(wú)鉛焊接的高溫回流溫度曲線要求,符合AEC-Q200標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。這款SG2016CAA有源晶振非常適合汽車和高可靠性應(yīng)用,汽車電子,汽車遙控器,汽車多媒體,GPS導(dǎo)航等應(yīng)用。
